In such unusual times of uncertainty, we would love to thank you all for your continued support over the last few weeks. Never before has it been so important to support your local businesses and community. When you shop local, you are making a difference to local designers and ethical businesses, who in turn are supporting their local small businesses, cafes, kids sports businesses, farmers markets etc

Like you, we are navigating rapid changes in our life due to Covid-19. We are working hard behind the scenes at Ecobella, whilst continuing our other job & community commitments including volunteering, teaching from home, home schooling, community counselling, caring for elderly family members - just trying to juggle it all really! 

Our Commitment

We are here for you. Our business is operating as per usual, even if our world is not quite back to normal yet. Ecobella (online) remains open 24/7, ready to deliver our gorgeous sustainable gifts to you or your loved ones, right to your door. With more people shopping online, delivery may take a little longer than usual. Please allow up to 15 business days to receive your items.

Ecobella is committed to making online shopping easy, and ensuring safety for all, at all times.

Things we are doing:

Contactless Delivery

Our delivery partners, Australia Post & Startrack, will no longer require a signature on delivery, allowing for contactless delivery, straight to your door. Please note that Australia Post is experiencing delivery delays at the moment, due to limited flights and increased parcel volumes. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Extended returns

We will be offering 60-day returns for a limited time *. Please see our Returns information for further details.

Free delivery

Available on all orders over $100, within Australia*. Please refer to our Delivery Terms & Conditions for further details.

Social distancing

We’ve introduced social distancing measures across our warehouse and office, with only one person packing your goods.


We are implementing the use of hand sanitiser, minimising contact with products & increased cleaning to ensure your safety.

Our Customer Service team is experiencing higher demand than usual, leading to longer wait times in answering your questions. Your custom is important to us. We want to thank you for your patience. We promise to get back to you as soon as possible, and deliver the best service that we can.

We are in this together

We are all in this together, weathering the same unprecedented storm. But we are not all in the same boat. We would like to acknowledge that there are so many out there doing it tough. We are still yet to see the full effects of shutdowns on our community, and are bracing for the mental, physical and financial challenges that will become apparent in the near future.

Ways we are trying to help our community:

We will be personally donating to Ozharvest to give food relief & support to those in need.  "OzHarvest is Australia’s leading food rescue organisation, collecting quality excess food from commercial outlets and delivering it directly to more than 1300 charities supporting people in need across the country.”  You can donate and find out more here.

We will be buying local and supporting local small businesses and artists.

We will be sharing love & hope in our communities. We will be sending our thanks to all the doctors, nurses, emergency workers, and essential workers who are working hard to keep everyone safe and keep the world turning.
